A force to be reckoned with… women and the motor industry.
We have been very popular in the filming stakes this month. So far we have had 2 separate film crews in the garage and I am writing this only eight days into the month!
Our first exciting piece was with ITN productions who were working alongside the Institute of Motor Industry (The IMI). The industry news programme was all about Women and the Motor Industry and our co-director Jane Russell was interviewed about her experience of running a garage in a predominantly male industry.
The programme will be presented by Natasha Kaplinsky and available for download from mid-March.

Our second crew were filming an internal video for our genuine parts supplier. They were interviewing directors Jane & Steve Russell to find out why it’s important to offer genuine parts to our customers. Russell Automotive Centre was invited to take part in the film as the biggest independent customer in the region.
