Russell Automotive Centre now offers live web chat and video to service reception and to the workshop while your car is with us for service, repair or maintenance.
Our ethos has always been to change the face of the motor industry and always try to explain the diagnosis of your car in plain English. We do appreciate that it is sometimes difficult to visualise as most people don’t know all the moving parts of their vehicle.
For example if we inform you that a drive shaft boot has split on your car; do you know what a drive shaft boot is? Well now you will be able to see the exact problem on your vehicle live through our new visual live tour.
Russell Automotive Centre has always been committed to good and honest service and we now give you another opportunity to see for yourself.
If you have left the vehicle with us and you are now at home or work we can still point out the problem to you while you are sitting at your PC or smart phone (if compatible)
You can now have direct contact to us so we can talk to you “face to face” through your PC and direct contact with your vehicle through our mobile web cam.
Our team now have web cams on their PCs and are able to switch to a mobile web cam to show you around your vehicle.
